Class 3. Tuesday 27/01

Hello. How´re you?

Today we saw your homework pictures - your faces! Great!

We learnt some more new words about our body (a body, an arm, a hand, fingers, a leg, feet, toes). 
Let´s sing a song and learn parts of the body:

Today we went to the zoo! We revised some wild animals. Do you remember them? A bear, a zebra, a tiger, a lion, a crocodile, an elephant etc.

Now let´s describe animals:
This is a lion. It´s got a big body, four legs and a long tail.
This is a hippo. It´s got a fat body, four short legs and a short tail.

We played a Guessing Game "Whose ears"? You´ve got some points for our Olympic Games:

We also revised some adjectives to describe animals and people:
happy-sad, fat-thin, big-small, old-young, long-short.

We coloured the animals and described them:
The old monkey is blue.
The happy dog is red etc.







Your homework: colour the monsters in your copies, bring them to the class and describe one monster you like.

Class 2. Tuesday 20/01

Hello, boys and girls.

Today we listened to an interview with ugly monsters. Do you remember what they answered?

Have you got short hair? - No, I haven´t. I´ve got long green hair.
Have you got teeth? - Yes, I have. I´ve got many orange teeth.
Have you got long ears? - No, I haven´t. I´ve got two small ears.

You also made a picture of an ugly monster and we described it:
He/she´s got a big/small head.
He/she´s got short/long purple hair etc.




Watch a short scene from "Monsters Inc.". There´re a lot of monsters there scaring children, choose a monster and describe him:

Today we checked how we can write out new words: ears, eyes, nose, hair, neck, cheek, mouth.
We got stars for our Olympic Games:

Trimester II. Tuesday 13/01

Hello, boys and girls.
I´m happy to see you again at our classes. Hope you had a good holiday and got a lot of presents!

We´ve got a new student with us - Javier, welcome to the group!

Today we saw a big and ugly troll on TV. Let´s describe him:

He´s got a green face, a big head, purple hair, two orange eyes, two small ears, a short nose,  a big mouth and yellow teeth. 

Brrrr! Horrible!

We also made funny faces - we cut out and stuck the eyes, a mouth, a nose and coloured the faces and hair. Well done! Bring the pictures to the class and describe them.
