Class 8. Tuesday 03/03

Hello, boys and girls. Today finally we had all students in the class! Great!

Today together with our clothes we revised our prepositions - IN, ON, UNDER, BY.

Where is my jacket? - It´s under the table.
Where are my trousers? - They´re on the chair.
Where is my skirt? - It´s on the table.
Where are my shoes? - They´re in the bag etc.

Let´s revise the prepositions and sing a song:

We also played Olympic Games in teams and got lots of points. We were miming and guessing the clothes:

Player 2 - 2 points
Player 3 - 2 points
Player 4 - 1 point
Player 5 - 1 point
Player 6 - 3 points
Player 7 - 4 points

Our homework is to colour the pictures in the copy and to write where the clothes are using the prepositions.

Dear parents, make sure that your children take a copy with the homework BACK TO CLASS. If not - we can´t check the homework!

Class 7. Tuesday 24/02

Hello, boys and girls! How´re you?

What are you wearing today? - I´m wearing a ....

Today we revised the vocabulary and played lots of games:
Bingo Game
Guessing Game
Hot Potato Game

We also practised writing our words:
jacket, trousers, socks, shoes, coat, skirt, shirt etc.

We solved a crossword with these words.

How´re you?

This week we revised the words we learnt on the topic "Clothes", aslo we revised colours:

What´s he wearing? - He´s wearing a red T-shirt and black trousers.

Also you were talking about your favourite clothes:
My favourite clothes are my pink skirt and green T-shirt.

Class 5. Tuesday 10/02

Hello, boys and girls! How´re you?

Today we started a new topic and talked about "Clothes".

Class 4. Tuesday 03/02

Hello
How´re you today?

Today we revised our animals and their parts of body:
Who has got a long tail? - A crocodile.
Who´s got a long neck? - A giraffe.
Who´s got short legs? - A hippo etc.

Today we also learnt how to write the names of some animals. We solved a crossword in English! Well done!

We also learnt what the animals can do:
A kangaroo can jump.
A monkey can climb.
A fish can swim.
A lion can run etc.

We learnt a very funny song "Can an elephant jump?". Let´s sing it again!

And our pronunciation story. Today we read a story about the trip to one of the Spanish villages where a dancer was dancing Flamenco with the castanets. They clicked "ck-ck-ck-ck".

These are two friends - "c" and "k":
C - cat, castanets, caterpillar
K - kitten, kite, kangroo

These two friends stay together at the end:

Hello. How´re you?

Today we saw your homework pictures - your faces! Great!

We learnt some more new words about our body (a body, an arm, a hand, fingers, a leg, feet, toes).

Today we went to the zoo! We revised some wild animals. Do you remember them? A bear, a zebra, a tiger, a lion, a crocodile, an elephant etc.

This is a lion. It´s got a big body, four legs and a long tail.

Hello, boys and girls.

Today we listened to an interview with ugly monsters. Do you remember what they answered?

Have you got short hair? - No, I haven´t. I´ve got long green hair.
Have you got teeth? - Yes, I have. I´ve got many orange teeth.
Have you got long ears? - No, I haven´t. I´ve got two small ears.

You also made a picture of an ugly monster and we described it:
He/she´s got a big/small head.
He/she´s got short/long purple hair etc.




Watch a short scene from "Monsters Inc.". There´re a lot of monsters there scaring children, choose a monster and describe him:
